How do I get support on SecurID
I am trying to get support on SecurID and I have had a ticket opened for 3 weeks. I have called twice to try to get someone on the phone. I have not been able to get any assistance on my issue and I am losing patience with this product. Is there a better way than calling into the number that they have provided or opening a ticket in the support portal to get some kind of assistance?
Maybe contacting your RSA sales rep or RSA sales in general, and if someone technical from RSA came out to help set it up, I would try that technical point-of-contact direct. I have had good support from people performing those roles and pretty good support from opening tickets. Searching within this community site and Google searching in general adding "site:rsa.com" in my search has helped a lot, as well. Try asking a straight-up question on this site if you haven't.
