When promoting the replica instance in the Operations Console in Maintenance Mode (Deployment Configuration > Replica Promotion > For Maintenance > Promote to Primary), the following error displays:
There was a problem processing your request. The Pre-Promotion Checks did not complete successfully. For more information, click Advanced Status View
The /opt/rsa/am/server/logs/ops-console.log shows the following error:

A backup operations is scheduled to run on the primary instance. Log on to the primary instance Operations Console
and disable the scheduled backup.
RSA Customer Support cannot reproduce this error as of the writing of this article.
From the Operations Console select Maintenance > Backup and Restore > Schedule Backups.
For Schedule Backup Status, set the radio button to Off and click Save.
Perform the replica promotion from the Operations Console again, selecting Deployment Configuration > Replica Promotion > For Maintenance > Promote to Primary. This should complete the promotion successfully.
