Losing your software token is frankly impossible.  Why?  Because it's on your mobile device.  And let's be honest, your are unlikely to be without your smart phone in this instant access generation.  So you are unlikely to be without your software token.  Meaning less need for emergency access or help desk calls.

Now we aren't saying mobile devices don't get lost.  Unfortunately, they do.  However, your software tokens don't disappear with them.  They can be revoked and reissued to another device or even user.

So, if the software token is on your mobile device, it's also well, on you.
