Users are added to the RSA Authentication Manager database either through a synchronization with an external identity source, such as Active Directory, or by manually adding the user to the internal database. This video explains how to manually add users to the Authentication Manager internal database.
The password noted here is for users defined as RSA administrators to access the Security Console and for non-administrative users to access the Self-Service Console, if that has been implemented.
SecurCare Online (SCOL) has been deprecated. Please use RSA Link for documentation, downloads, community and more.
