RSA Link Service Interruption: Availability of RSA SecurID Token Downloads

UPDATE:  This issue has now been fully resolved and all token downloads are once again available.

UPDATE:  This issue should be fully resolved by Wednesday, May 9th.

UPDATE:  Nearly all of the files have been restored.  Those that are still in progress are listed below.

• RSA SecurID Software Token 5.0.1 for Windows Token Import Utility (64-bit)
• RSA SecurID Software Token 5.0.1 for Windows Token Import Utility (32-bit)
• RSA SecurID Software Token 5.0.0 for Microsoft Windows Token Import Utility (32-bit)
• RSA SecurID Software Token 5.0.0 for Microsoft Windows Token Import Utility (64-bit)
• RSA SecurID Software Token 5.0 SDK for Microsoft Windows (32-bit)
• RSA SecurID Software Token 5.0 SDK for Microsoft Windows (64-bit)

UPDATE:  The token downloads are in the process of being restored.  The RSA SecurID Software Token Converter 3.1 Downloads and RSA SecurID Software Token 5.0.2 Downloads for Microsoft Windows are already available.

RSA is aware of an issue occurring today (May 1, 2018) in which customers are unable to access the download packages relating to RSA SecurID token authenticators.  This is a known issue and is being urgently investigated in order for the issue to be resolved as quickly as possible.
