The error message says that I first need to update to 8.2.0 but when I go to "product download", the latest version I see is rsa-am-update-8.2.1.0.0 zip. Does 8.2.0 no longer exists?

Please review the steps in 000034558 - How to download RSA Authentication Manager 8.x full kits and service packs from RSA Link, specifically step 8 which states"To download Authentication Manager 8.0, 8.1, or 8.2, click on the Archive tab."
