8.2 Upgrade?

Jump to solution

Did this upgrade get pulled? I don't see it listed in the downloads; only an MMC snap-in tool.

You want to be looking under 'Version Upgrades'.   Service Packs and Patches are under the 'downloads' link.

Hi Matthew,

The 8.2 upgrade is still available. You need to go to the Version Upgrades tab through SCOL (https://knowledge.rsasecurity.com).

Products--SecurID--Version Upgrades Tab. You need to be running at least 8.1 SP1 in order to upgrade to 8.2.

I'd wait until some more patches are released for 8.2 in release notes it says current 8.2 spin contains patches till P12 in 8.1 SP1 and there we have already P15 for 8.1 SP1

Hello Luka,

It is your call on that, and please be advised that AM 8.1 SP1 P15 will be covered in AM 8.2 P1.

So kindly check and advise us back if there is any assistance needed from our side.

Best Regards,

Hello Luka,

We do not have an exact ETA yet, but usually we launch the patch every 4-5 weeks. You can check with your account manager about that.
