8.7 Patch 3
I'd already patched our Authentication Mangers prior to the email coming out stating the upgrade was failing due to an RSA RADIUS issue.
On the grounds it said the patch install was successful is there anything I need to worry about, given the patch was pulled from the RSA site ?

I was in the same boat: Patch 3 installed successfully on both my primary and replica instance. Everything seemed to be working just fine when I saw the note about RSA removing the patch.
I opened a support case, and once the engineer determined that the services were up and running, authentication was still working and the system was deemed healthy, there was no further action to take. The engineer stated that a relative few of the customers he had spoken with had a successful install and that as long as everything is working, there was no need to roll back patch 3, although I have that option as well.
It was peace of mind just to have it confirmed.
