A350 load ISO image from DVD
Im am trying to reload an A350 hardware appliance from a DVD ISO image (rsa-am-hardware-appliance-8.5.0.0.0 ISO). I've burned it to a DVD and was able to boot my appliance from it. Anyone know how long the image takes to actually install ? The console says:
Booting from PLDS DVD-Rom SD-8D5LH
ISOLINUX 4.04 0x9f68dc20 ETCD
It has been sitting at the prompt above for 2 hours - there is activity on DVD drive. Any ideas ?

It doesn't take an inordinate amount of time for it come up. Two hours? I wonder if you have a bad burn when creating your DVD, or maybe a bad ISO file download. If you haven't already tried, verify the ISO file's checksum you used to make the DVD against what RSA states the checksum should be, and/or reburn the DVD. I think you can run Dell diagnostics on the A350 also to see if you have any hardware issues. If you have a previous base 8.4.0.0.0 DVD to boot from, you could try booting from it just to see if it completes?
