Where do I go to access what I purchased and how do I add other team members to access the same info.

Unable to determine the RSA Product.  Assuming this is for RSA Authentication Manager.

You should be able to access the orders for your products and solutions in myRSA portal as below:

The myRSA portal is generally restricted to only the users who are listed as contacts on the purchase order for one or more of their RSA products. It may be helpful to watch a video clip Introduction to myRSA for overall information of the portal.
