Agent installed but not authenticating
I have installed Agent on the windows server and after installing, I tested through the authenticator test and the test was successful. But when I log out and log in again then it asked me for a Passcode and I put 8 digit code (Because I haven't configured PIN ) but the authentication failed. what could be the reason?

What agent did you install and on what device? Did you create an agent record in the Security Console (Access > Authentication Agent > Add New)? If not, please add one. After that, try this:
- Login to the Security Console.
- Navigate to Reporting > Reports > Real Time Activity Monitor.
- Click Start Monitor in the upper right of the popup window.
- Now try your authentication test again. You should see your test authentication show in the monitor.
What results do you see there? That will give us steps to determine why the auth is failing. If you post results here, please redact token serial numbers, user IDs, agent and server IPs. Basically anything that would be considered Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
