Always asking to Import Token

After installing RSA SecurID onto a Windows 10 PC, I imported the token like normal, but after closing RSA and opening again it asks me to import the token again.  No matter what I have tried, I have been unable to get it to work correctly.  Has anyone else run into this, and if so, how did you fix it?

Hello Doug,

Is this a fresh install or an upgrade from software token application version 4 to version 5?

Is the token deployed on a shared PC ? or a Network Drive?

It may be needed to open a support ticket for more detailed investigation.

Fresh install, old PC did have version 5 as well on Windows 7.  Token is deployed on a shared PC.
