Does anyone at RSA ProServ have a template for creating new token attribute definitions and locking them down by device id for AM Prime Self Service Portal? I'm in the process of enabling soft tokens for Mac Devices and the current attribute definition and example included with the Prime documentation uses a generic token definition that can be used to import a token on any device.
I tried to open a case on this issue previously and received no help from RSA SCOL.
