AM Upgraded from 8.2.1 to 8.3 License Support Clarification
Dear RSA Community,
Please note that I have a question regarding the License:
We are currently on Version 8.1 License on SecureID RSA AM and we patched the system and upgraded to Version 8.3 patch 6 which is the latest for the patches for this version before moving to version 8.4
The question is: How do we upgrade our license to the respective version, or will this license for 8.1 still work just fine. IF a new one is required, can guidance on obtaining the new one be offered?
Looking forward to getting some feedback on the above.

Yes the License that is already installed on AM 8.1 will work just fine and there is no need to upgrade the license.

8.1 will continue to work, and also can be used to complete quick setup for new 8.4.0.0.0 primaries if needed.

Hey Edward,
Thank you for your response. Kindly note that our license is for v8.1 but we upgraded to 8.3 now.
Do we need to upgrade the license as well, or the 8.1 one will continue to work?
