AMBA - Token Replacement & ETL

Need help on below two questions for AMBA

1. While using bulk token replacement/Provision and email soft token seed file to user, can we add CC/BCC as additional recipient email address?
2. Can we use ETL (Extend Software Token Lifetime) option in AMBA while we are in RSA AM 8.2 SP1 version?

About this:

1) Only one email address can be defined.

2) ETL

Added information for new functionality included with RSA Authentication Manager 8.3 Patch 4:

• The ETL (Extend Software Token Lifetime) command extends the lifetime of software tokens.

The TokSerial field is required.
