Android SDTID Error

Recently, we've had androids produce a "you don't have an app on your phone that can open that file" error when opening the SDTID file sent to import the token. I did have 1 user that was able to after holding down on the attachment. It downloaded to the device and then imported. 

Is this the new process for androids? Anyone else see this error?
