Appconfig documenation download failing

You are unable to download the file because you do not have any entitlements or an active maintenance contract associated with your RSA Link account.  Please contact RSA Customer Support" data-type="space‌ for assistance.  Once that is set up you should be all set.

Download works for me, it isn't broken outright at the moment.

 

It is a zip file containing an XML file,

perhaps you have edge devices blocking download of this type of file ?

I attempted from multiple networks on multiple machines, both corp and personal. Can you email the doc to me?

Like Edward Davis‌, I am able to download the .zip file.  Can you share with us the error you are seeing so we can track what's going on? 

 

Also, if you'd like to do some troubleshooting, we can run a network trace as you try the download.  Using your browser of choice, please follow the steps below.
