When you say that you cannot install the RSA SecurID Software Token for iOS, are you having an issue downloading the app from iTunes or are you unable to import a software token to the device?  Can you provide the error message you are seeing on the device? 

 

If you are having an issue importing a token, can you tell me how the token was distributed; that is, are you importing via an sdtid file, a CTF string, via CT-KIP or a QR code?   

If you are using CT-KIP, please note for future reference our oublished security advisory on the iOS® App Transport Security (ATS) enablement notification for RSA SecurID® Software Token for iOS and RSA Authentication Manager beginning January 1, 2017.

Hi Mark, our users who have updated to iOS 10 can't import CTKIP links anymore either.  It appears iOS10 has broken that again like it did back in April/May.

Please open a case with RSA Customer Support on this issue.  Be sure to have the Troubleshooting logs downloaded from the Operations Console (Administration > Download Troubleshooting Logs) and the all of the files from the <web tier install directory>/server/logs directory for the TSE to review.

I'd love to but something happened to my login/access.  I'm unable to open/view cases.  I emailed support, they're working on it.
