Assigning an Alias to Users within RSA Authentication Manager 8.4

Recently had a case with two users from separate identity sources that access the same agent shared the same user name (Doe_J).

I've read about Auth Manager's capability to assign logon aliases to a user IE: Instead of Doe_J; Doe_John & Doe_Jane would be used, but the instructions within authentication manager aren't quite explicit enough to go on.

Is there any additional information on this topic available - or could someone walk me through the process and explain the values expected in required fields (User Group, User ID and Shell).

Our agents are not currently using User Groups to restrict access .

Edit: Figured it out, the user group needs to be implicitly added to the authentication agent.
