Auth Manager 8.7 OVA

Hi,

I need help locating the download for "rsa-am-vmware-virtualappliance-8.7.1.0.0.ova" per the instructions found in the RSA Authentication Manager 8.7 SP1 Setup and Configuration Guide. The download page only gives me the rsa-am-update-8.7.0.0.0,

Please go to my.rsa.com to get the rsa-am-vmware-virtual-appliance-8.7.1.0.0.ova. Click on Products then on RSA SecurID and then on the RSA SecurID Access Virtual Appliance link, the order, the license number or the order number hyperlink. You will then see the option for Version 8.7 SP1. 

Check the box next to rsa-am-vmware-virtual-appliance-8.7.1.0.0.ova. While here, get the rsa-am-extras-8.7.1.0.0.zip as well.  The extras.zip contains the RSA Authentication Manager SDK and Developer’s Guide, along with files and utilities required by some deployments.

Agree to the terms and conditions and the Download button will enable.

Thank you for the response. I think the issue we have is that we don't have access to my.rsa.com. This just comes up as a blank screen from our end.

Well that is unfortunate!  Please accept my apologies. I'd suggest dropping an email to support@rsa.com and ask for help from our Customer Relations Desk. They should be able to sort out your access.

Hi, noticed that the page is blank...  That does not seem like a credential problem but rather a browser POP UP blocker type issue.

Try a different browser and/or clear cache in your existing browser.

Did try a different browser but i think it's with our profile/access. Here's a full picture on how it shows up.
