Authapi.jar for Ping Federate

Where can I download the authapi.jar file needed to integrate with Pingfederate?  I can't find it in the download section.

https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-38931 has a link to "Authentication Agent API 8.1.1.03 for Java" which includes the authapi.jar file.
