Authentication manager and identity sources certificates

Jump to solution

Dear Support Team,

Can we have more than one certificate which imported to Authentication manager identity sources certificates where all of them are active at the same time? if yes then How we can link them to the added identity sources?

noting that we have Active directory global Catalog and 10 different active directory identity sources

Just install the certs you need. It doesn't matter which cert is for a particular identity source, as long as each identity source connection that uses certs, has a non-expired one in the list. The system looks at all of them and when it finds a match it works.

Ahmad Herzallah‌,

I've moved your question to the RSA SecurID Access" data-type="space space where it will be seen by the product's support engineers, other customers and partners.  Please bookmark this page and use it when you have product-specific questions.

Alternatively, from the RSA Customer Support" data-type="space page, click on Ask A Question on the blue navigation bar and choose Ask A Product Related Question.  From there, scroll to RSA SecurID Access" data-type="space and click Ask A Question.  That way your question will appear in the correct space.

Regards,

Erica
