Authentication manager download

Dear all,

I need to download Authentication Manager 7.1 SP2 iso x64 file, but I do not have access.

I already tried the installation through CD/DVD or even copying the files to the server but it allays stops at 54%.

How can I have access to it ?

RSA Authentication Manager 7.1 SP2 has been end of lifed since March 2013 (see our EOPS page) and is no longer available from the RSA Authentication Manager 7.1 Downloads page.   Authentication Manager 7.1.4 is still available.

If you need RSA Authentication Manager 7.1 SP2, please contact RSA Customer Support and open a case to discuss downloading the software with a TSE.

The installation failing at 54% was a known issue if the .iso file is mounted in read-write mode.  It means that the install file was corrupted during the download or the copy process.  To resolve, verify the MD5 checksum of the .iso before installing.  Be sure to mount the .iso in read-only mode.

When I try to access to  Authentication Manager 7.1.4  I get "Unauthorized" .

I do not have any product register, do you think this could be reason why I do not have access?

Does my license applies to both versions?

If you are not registered on RSA Link with a company that has active maintenance for Authentication Manager, you will not have access to the product download.  For more information, please see https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-66401
