Is there a KB document on configuring Authentication Manager to connect to remote syslog servers with TCP or SSL/TLS?

Syslog from Auth Manager is currently sent on UDP. There is an open RFE to be able to choose TCP: AM-27139 and it currently says this is a 8.4 target.

Does that RFE include SSL/TLS encryption, or is it just TCP? If not included, can the RFE be extended or a new RFE opened?
