Automating/email CAS reports

For my company SMS is used only to setup new hires and replacement RSA/Fido tokens. Many users are being processed this way but the phone numbers are not being cleaned up and SMS continues to be used. Is there a way to automate reports from the CAS to be emailed, or is there a scripting mechanism for cleaning up phone numbers?  This sounds trivial but when there are hundreds a month the task becomes large quickly.  We do have on premise AM servers connected which run some automation, but it does not pick up CAS data...
