can't cleanup unresolved users
I am trying to cleanup unresolved users from an unlinked identity source but the cleanup jobs crashes with the following error
Error : allocLargeObjectOrArray: [Ljava/lang/Object;, size 77528
I need to cleanup the users because I have another identity source ready with the same userid's
I have tried the following
- reboot
- unassign all the tokens and then unlink the identity source, followed by another reboot
any suggestions?
I am running am8.1 sp14 on a appliance 130 with 1 replica
regards
André

I did a quick search for allocLargeObjectOrArray
that symptom is memory leak related, so I found some cases and KB articles (none specifically for Cleanup, just console access in general) that said basically get the latest hotfix or patch, e.g.
"This problem is reported in AM-29371 and will be fixed in 8.1 SP1 Patch 7"
So check your AM version in Security Console - Help - Help About, Show version information. See if this still happens at latest versions, and if it is reproducible after latest patch, open a case and report as a bug.

thanks for your answer,
since we are running with 8.1 sp1 patch 15 and the problems still occured
however i had to rerbuild the system from scratch to solve this issue, so for this moment i can't reproduce the error.
