Can't clear incorrect passcodes

Jump to solution

Doing some testing today and now the system will not allow me to clear my incorrect passcode attempts. I keep getting the message "Cannot have concurrent user updates" (see attachment).

Has anyone encountered this or know how I can resolve?

Thanks

You should open a support case about this, however

a) see if you can resynchronize the token, and check afterward

b) try clearing the users PIN for the token, then see if you can clear incorrect passcodes

c) failing those, unassign the token and reassign it, then try

to troubleshoot how the system got into this condition with [one or more users] it is better to open a support case so engineering can dive into logs and whatnot...

Thanks for the reply Edward! I ended up speaking with support.

They had me log onto our RSA self-service console with the passcode and that seemed to clear all the issues.

Keith Giles‌,

Thank you for providing an update.  I am glad we were able to help you resolve your issue.

Regards,

Erica
