Can't create a New case
Hi,
Try to create a New Case but getting "Access not permitted" & "The page you are trying to access is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience."
Called Technical support number and CS can't find mine and my colleague email and told us to sent email to support@rsa.com
has sent email 1 hour ago and no reply yet, any help will do please.
