Can't delete old token or save new one from desktop RSA
I have RSA installed on my desktop. I recently received a new token from a customer to access their network. I start RSA, delete the existing token, then do an import of the new token. All is good. I then close RSA. Upon starting RSA again, the old token is again present and the new token is nowhere to be found. I have to re-import the new token.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Have you tried deleting the RSASecurIDStorageS under "C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\RSA\RSA SecurID Software Token Library" ?
Then reimporting the new token...
I hope that helps.
Thank you.

Deleted both files in that folder. Unfortunately it still did not resolve the problem. Closing RSA and reopening it still brings up only the old token

Registry search? I'd try uninstall, then check registry, reboot, and reinstall...

Removed default setting in registry, then deleted files under the user/app/local, RSA dir. Rebooted. Removed recently used from start menu. When you hover over RSA on start it shows multiple stdid files that were called, not sure there’s a real correlation there but removed all of them just the same. Then imported token. Working now.
Thanks
