can't download

Hi,

 

   Can't download authentication manager version 8.1.

Welcome to the RSA Link community!

 

I've moved your question to the RSA SecurID Access" data-type="space space where it will be seen by the product's support engineers, other customers and partners.  Please bookmark this page and use it when you have product-specific questions.

 

Alternatively, from the RSA Customer Support page, click on Ask A Question on the blue navigation bar and choose Ask A Product Related Question.  From there, scroll to RSA SecurID Access" data-type="space and click Ask A Question.  That way your question will appear in the correct space.

I am sorry you are having issues downloading RSA Authentication Manager 8.1.  I checked your permissions and when you registered for RSA Link you didn't enter any entitlements, like a serial number, contract number, etc. that allows for download of the software.  Please see 000034625 - Why am I getting an "Unauthorized" error when attempting to access a product page or content on RSA Link?  Once you re-register you will have access to download the full kits.
