Can't open any cases or view product downloads
When I login I have no access to open cases or view downloads. Is this because our contract number changed since I originally registered? I see no place else to put in my newest contract number, and if I try to sign up again in the registration portal it doesn't seem to use it and stops me since I'm "already registered" as a customer/partner.
I'm trying to find current patches/versions for RSA Webtier servers, due to Oracle WebLogic vulnerabilities.

I recommend calling into the the RSA SecurID Support number to speak with someone from our CRD Team. They are able to assist with these types of access-related issues. Well... It's not due to the old contract ID. I just created this second account with a new email address and the current contract ID... and it has the same problem.
