Cannot update RSA AM since installing SEP
The antivirus on our computers changed to Symantec Endpoint Protection. Since then, we are unable to upgrade Authentication Manager. We can log into the Operations Console and initiate the install, but during the process the browser stalls and goes to a white screen. We did confirm it's SEP by successfully upgrading AM on a computer with SEP disabled. I need to provide our security team with what needs to added to SEP to allow these upgrades. Thanks!

Do you mean you are not able to maintain a web browser session to an 8.x RSA server when the computer running the browser has Symantec ? or something else ?
Note that when installing patches on the RSA operations console, the browser needs to switch ports partway through. Perhaps SEP won't allow the session to switch ports.

That's correct. It's highly possible during that switch SEP blocks it. I can have exceptions added to SEP. I just want to make sure we identify the addresses correctly. Do you know what those would be?

7072 is used initially and the patch uploads on 7072
8443 is what the browser switches to, for viewing the progress log. if no port 8443 allowed
web page will be idle/blank...no status viewable
