Citrix Storefront Agent
Sorry I am quite new to deploying RSA Authentication Manager software and am very confused with the guide. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. So I currently deployed the RSA Authentication Manager 7.4.3 software on Windows Server 2016 and its the web interface for Citrix Storefront. In the past we used to just drop some files in the System32 folder to integrate the Citrix web interface with RSA. Now their appears to be an agent to do this... So my questions are, Do we need the Windows agent installed along with the Citrix Storefront agent? Which option of the Citrix agent do I install?

Hello Matt,
The choice of whether you will install the Windows agent or RSA Authentication Agent for Citrix StoreFront depends on what you actually have.
For any Citrix Architecture you have either the Web interface or StoreFront, hence if you have the Web Interface you will need to install a windows agent and you can find more details in the following guide: Citrix Web Interface 5.4
However, if you have Citrix StoreFront you will need to install RSA Authentication Agent for Citrix StoreFront and you can find more details in the following link: RSA® Authentication Agent 2.0 for Citrix StoreFront
Please let us know if you have any questions.
Best Regards,

Is it a requirement to have a Netscaler to deploy the Storefront agent? We only have the web interface from Storefront.
