Copies of License Files for AM

Jump to solution

Is there a way that I can get copies of the license files for our Authentication Manager platform?  We've installed licenses over the years and realized that we didn't keep copies of the license files.  I have an active service account and the serial number for our deployment.  Thanks.

The license download should be a zip file, for one version (8.x) with all the past purchases included, they stack together. Typically there will be multiple xml files, which constitute a 'stack of users and additions' to one initial license.

If not, you need to open a support case for License_Seed_Response team to investigate and remedy.

Just download them again.

They are always available for those with active support contracts at download.rsasecurity.com.

Edward - I don't have a problem downloading the most recent license file (we upgraded our license count by 1000), but I have three previous licenses that we don't have the files for:

1st (original) license was issued for 7020 users when we migrated from Appliance 3.0 to virtual server v7.1.

2nd license was issued for additional 500 users

3rd license was issued for an additional 1000 users

4th license was issued for an additional 1000 users

The 5th and most recent license was issued for an additional 1000 users.

Grand total = 10,520

I'm not finding where I can download the original four licenses in Download Central.  Hopefully, this makes sense?

Edward - that was it.  We overlooked the xxxx_archive ZIP file during the recent download.  That ZIP file contained all of the previous license files.  Thank you very much for your help - we're good!
