Correct shutdown of an identity router
Hi all.
Pretty basic question, but right now I'm stuck... What should be the way to properly shutdown an identity router?
I see from the portal that I can only reboot it.
I can access through ssh, but shall the idradmin user have permissions to execute halt or shutdown -h now?
Last resort would be the Stop button from the VMWARE console, but I'm not sure that's a proper shutdown.
Thanks

The "shutdown" command is able to be used as the "root" user on the identity router. There is a special set of steps to gain root access on the identity router. I recommend opening a support case to get these steps, if needed: https://community.securid.com/t5/support-information/how-to-contact-securid-support/ta-p/563897
