Could not redirect to RSA Authentication Manager Security Console
Hi All,
I could not able to access the RSA authentication manager security console / RSA AM operational console. I have add the entry of my virtual appliance IP and FQDN in
drivers\etc\hosts
file but the page only show as blank.
How do i overcome this DNS issue?
But in management console I have passed the all issues.
The page redirect to https://vmserver.wso2.local/sc is shown as blank.

Hello Nifras,
Please try to access the OC with the IP instead of FQDN, to confirm that the issue is DNS problem.
Operations Console
https://<fully qualified domain name>/oc
https://<fully qualified domain name>:7072/operations-console
So kindly check and advise us back if there is any assistance needed from our side.
Best Regards,

I'm sorry the same 404 Not found error comes to me, while I'm using IP instead of FQDN.

If you login on the console and run "/opt/rsa/am/server/rsaserv status all" does the output show that the consoles are running?

The issue has been fixed a short while ago. I have create a external Domain
server and map the FQDN on the server and assign private IPs to RSA AM and
have complete the stuffs. I have now able to access the security console
successfully. Thanks for the support assistance of Mark Bell who is guide
me in a proper way.
