Deleting Radius server mapped to old (deleted) replica

Jump to solution

After deleting a replica from the Primary instance, I am trying to recreate it using the same FQDN and IP address.

The attachment of the newly created replica to the Primary fails, with a message stating that the FQDN is already used.

Checking the primary, I noticed that the Radius server for the old Replica is still listed as an Agent and  has not been deleted whan the Replica has been deleted...

Is there any way of deleting that Agent and / or the Radius server it is mapped to?

This is not easily done. I would suggest you open a support case for this. Solution 29899 | How to delete or remove an Authentication Manager 8.x replica with SQL command. would need to be used.

A work around would be to add the new replica with a different IP address Host name
