Different Command API client User ID and Password in two RSA

Jump to solution

Hi,

I just upload a backup of a primary RSA to another RSA in order to replace the first one. The backup uploaded succesfully but i have a doubt:

The "Command API Client User ID" and the "Command API Client User Password" of the second RSA are different from those of the first one. Please tell me if this could be a problem once I replace one with the other.

Thanks.

SOPORTE ETEK‌,

I deleted your screen shots that showed your system secrets for security purposes.

I did also confirm with one of our senior support resources that you should be fine even though the values for the Command API Client User ID and the Command API Client User Password are different on your new primary server.

Regards,

Erica
