Do AM-31699 and AM-31708 issues occur in AM 8.2.1.5?

I read this post and have question.

 

Does this issue occur in every AM server before SP1 patch 8?

 

Or just patch 6 or 7?

Hi YongHyun,

Yes. While quite rare, it can occur in all server versions prior to AM 8.2 SP1 P8. A hotfix is available for AM 8.2 SP1 P6 through customer support. If you think you are experiencing this condition, I would upgrade to P8 as soon as possible.

Yes. While quite rare, it can occur in all server versions prior to AM 8.2 SP1 P8. A hotfix is available for AM 8.2 SP1 P6 through customer support. If you think you are experiencing this condition, I would upgrade to P8 as soon as possible.
