Does Patch 7 cause "stopped responding"?
AM8.2 SP1 Patch 8 identifies a fixed defect from previous patches:
AM-31699 - In specific network environments, Authentication Manager sometimes stopped responding to authentication requests on certain network ports, which prevented successful authentication until the server was restarted.
Was this condition caused by Patch 7 in the first place? Did this defect exist in any patches prior to Patch 7?

It looks like AM-31699 (Authentication Manager 8.1 SP1 P15 authentications are failing, services restart fixes the issue temporarily) was first identified in Authentication Manager 8.1 SP1 patch 15 and Authentication Manager 8.2 SP1 patch 6.
