Does RSA Webtier on Windows Server 2016 require .NET services?

Good Day.

Windows server team is removing .NET 3.5 from all windows servers, in which we have the RSA Webtier 8.6 installed. My question is will this removal of .NET affect the RSA Webtier installation?
