Domain Contoller Unable to use MFA Agent

Installing the agent on the Domain Controller, but when the user needs to authenticate to RSA it just asks for the Reserve Password, like it does not see the outside world. It is working on Servers that are not Domain Controllers, but on the domain controller it just does not work.

Any suggestions would be great.

I would start by contacting Customer Support. They will likely request you capture and forward the agent log files.

It sounds like there may be an issue with identifying the user's membership in the Agent's challenge group.
