Download 8.2 Patch 3 Error

Hello,

 

Does the link for 8.2 patch 3 work for anyone? It doesn't seem to work for me today.

I get this error.

The RSA-Websites a mismanaged. Unbelivable.

Our apologies that you are having an issue when trying to download RSA Authentication Manager 8.2 Patch 3.  

 

We have seen this issue before.  A quick resolution is to clear your cache and try again or even just refresh the page.

 

We do have an internal IT ticket open to determine why this happens but do not yet have a root cause.

Hello Erica,

 

I have tried a refresh and have cleared my cache and re-tried the download. The same thing occurs. I am using IE11 if that makes any difference. Have you any other workarounds I can try? Thanks.

Hi, Erica

I am having the same problem.  cleared IE11 cache, still same issue.    tried with chrome browser, still same issue.
