Download Software token

We received your link to register and download the software token we purchased. Could you please provide instructions on how to download the token?

Welcome to the RSA community! If you are looking to download your software token seeds, the person who placed the order will need to login to my.rsa.com. using the email address used when placing the order. If they are not registered on the site, they will need to click the link to register for access (making sure they choose the option that they are a partner or customer and enter a valid product serial number). Now follow the steps below:

1. Once logged in, select the site ID or location at the top of the landing page that is associated to the product.
2. Hover over your serial number in the center of page, which will activate the hyperlink, and click on the serial number
3. Select any version to advance to the next page. Select No Version for software tokens/e-tokens.
4. Scroll down the page to find the software tokens.
5. Click on the box in front of the file name.
6. Click on the box for the End User License Agreement.
7. Click Download.
8. Open the zip file, then look for the token .xml file.
9. Now that you have the software token file, you can import the token record file into Authentication Manager.
