When importing the RADIUS server package into 8.1, the Operations Console errors out. The message is: "Unexpected error during command com.rsa.authmgr.radius.migration.command.ImportRADIUSServerDataCommand execution"

The RADIUS server migration is the very first step the new 8.1 server is installed with SP 1 update 11.

Does anyone know what the resolution is?

Hello Edward,

Please restore AM 6.1 make sure he can see the radius client prior to getting in touch with support, and be advised to run the radius migration utility and if it failed again; we may have to recreate the radius clients manually.

So kindly check and advise us back if there is any assistance needed from our side.
