Can you confirm the version of RSA Authentication Manager you have in your environment? From the Security Console Home tab, click on Software Version Information.
Please also confirm the admin role you have within Authentication Manager and the number of security domains you have listed under Administration > Security Domains > Manage Existing.

Erica

Please upgrade to RSA Authentication Manager 8.1 SP1 and then to the latest patch (currently RSA Authentication Manager 8.2 SP1 Patch 4 ).

Hi Erica,
Since we have only the 2-user trail license, upgrading is not possible for us. 😞

HI Rafael,
Did you attempt to change or install a different console language? Looking at the first screenshot, it appears that one of the buttons has a different language. You could also temporarily try removing the sub-security domains and see if that help with your problem.

Browser security settings may be blocking ajax. Try freeing up browser security settings as a test.
To do this:
Go to the page import tokens page again, see the problem occur.
Using the browser....Save the page as html.
Open the html file in a text editor and look for this line: rsaweb_ajax_retrieveUrlContent (
just after that line will be a string similar to:
Now, open a new tab and enter that string (without surrounding ' marks) and on a working system
it will list security domains dropdown with security domains in it (not blank).
If you do this and yours is blank, then work on your browser security settings and see if you
can get that special URL to load a working dropdown.
