Hi Lalit,

I have moved this thread to the RSA SecurID Suite" data-type="space so that you can get an answer to your question.

You can post future questions and discussions directly to that community by clicking on the Ask a Question or Start a Discussion button on the RSA SecurID Suite" data-type="space page.

I am not sure about that specific error, however you can likely work around the problem now by using the RSA software token converter tool, (runs on Windows or unix and uses java) to input the .sdtid file, and output a CTF string (compressed token format) which is a long 'loopback' URL string that when sent as a hyperlink to the Android, the RSA app (if installed correctly) should understand and install the token.

Hi Davis,

Thanks for the response, one more thing that is observed.

If we are using outlook , as an email official "Where we share the certificate". its shows this error.

But when we using gmail or external account it works.

Any suggestion .
