If you can point a browser to the Security or Self Service console, you can use the browser properties to extract the public cert. The attached .PDF has an example for getting the Cert from a Domain Controller for LDAPS, but same principle applies. Have a look and see if it works. IE might work best as it lets you control things such as .DER encoding. Regards,
