External Identity Source for 2 AD user groups

We are using RSA Authentication Manager 8.2 SP 1 P 06

We would like to change the external identity source from the top level domain down to 2 user groups within Active Directory.

Are we able to have one identity source include 2 AD groups or do we have to create 2 different identity sources which point to only one group?

One identity source, with a user [and/or] group filter string, designed any way you want using standard ldap filter syntax should be fine.
