Facing issue in running Migration Utility

Hi,

I have already installed RSA AM 7.1 SP 4 and Patch 37 but still migration utility is giving an error:

"The utility cannot continue the export process. You must install RSA AM 7.1 SP 4 to run this utility."

Can anyone suggest what could be the issue?

Hello Ali,

Unfortunately this is known issue from our side. Please try to reboot the machine and check if the error still persists, and also confirm about the replication status from the operations console.

If the above did not solve the problem, we will need to take a backup from the current machine and redeploy a new 7.1 SP4 machine with that backup and perform the migration on the new machine. If this is not an available option from your side, we might need to open a case to investigate the issue further.

So kindly check and advise us back if there is any assistance needed from our side.
